International Mural Artist Brings Personal Touch to Keene

Polina Soloveichik, an international mural artist from Berlin, Germany visited 310 Marlboro this past May to add a mural to the future courtyard area of UP@310.

This latest masterpiece is a multi-paneled, two-story mural that features a bobcat. The choice of animal for this powerful depiction came about in celebration of local wildlife and symbolizes the energetic and renewed purpose of the building as a live-work-play community structure, as envisioned by owner and developer Randall Walter of Lignin Group.
